Lost Packages: For lost packages shipped within the United States, we must wait at least 30 days before filing a claim; for international packages, the wait is at least 45 days.
We are not responsible for damage to the doll packaging during shipping. Dents, bends, scratches, water stains, etc., are beyond our control. If it rains on the day of delivery, or if the package falls off the delivery vehicle and gets a dent in the corner, these are situations beyond our control. As long as the contents of the package are intact, there’s nothing we can do.
